How does Pick Up In Store work?
Now also available in +870 Sunglass Hut partner stores.
Simply select the pick up location you want your eyewear delivered to and complete the purchase. You'll be notified as soon as your product has arrived at the location. You'll need to present your ID card and order receipt at pick up.
Can I buy online and pick up in store the same day?
You can buy online and pick up in store the same day in Ray-Ban and Sunglass Hut partner stores according to product availability.
How does Return in Store work?
You can return your order to any Ray-Ban, Sunglass Hut, or LensCrafters partner store. It’s free and we’ll register your refund immediately. Return in Store is also available at all stores (Ray-Ban, LensCrafters, and Sunglass Hut) for prescription products. While for customized (REMIX) products, Return in Store is only valid at Ray-Ban stores.
